Hi,

From today French law requires that every car should have two breathalyzers in them!

Is that the case also on St B?

What is the limit on St B, same as in France?

I totally agree that thou shalt not drink and drive, but want to know the rules.

What are the chances (risks) of running in to a police check point?

J

The Gendarmes are quite strict on SBH.  I saw them in St. Jean monitoring traffic on Saturday afternoon and then again in Public in the evening.

I am not sure what the penalty is, but I would do my best not to get sent to a jail in Guadelope. Dead

Honestly, if you ask my opinion it is not right. Though this has been happening from quite some time now but even my cousin who works for a DUI attorney Los Angeles told me that itís violation of privacy and civilian rights but I know now it doesnít matter much.
